Technical Privacy Standards

Version 1.4 | Effective Date: June 12, 2026

At basalSYS, we apply the same "security-by-design" principles to data privacy as we do to our infrastructure engineering. This policy outlines how we handle data during technical consultations and system monitoring.

1. Infrastructure Metadata & RFPs

When you submit an architecture diagram, RFP, or infrastructure URL through our secure contact system:

  • All attachments are handled via encrypted channels (TLS 1.3).
  • Project details are restricted to senior engineering staff only.
  • Infrastructure URLs provided for audit purposes are analyzed in a sandboxed environment to prevent unintended telemetry leakage.

2. Technical Telemetry

In accordance with our performance optimization standards (e.g., our Homectl & Palta Cloud frameworks), we collect technical telemetry during your interaction with this site:

  • Network Metrics: Origin ASN, latency logs, and request headers.
  • Deterministic Data: We do not track personal identities; we track system performance to ensure our sub-50ms p95 targets are met across all global edge nodes.

3. Data Hardening & Retention

We implement strict data lifecycle policies. Consultation data is retained only for the duration of the engagement pipeline. Inactive project data is purged following a 12-month rotation cycle unless an Enterprise SLA dictates otherwise.

4. Zero-Trust Disclosure

basalSYS maintains a zero-trust stance on data sharing. We do not sell, license, or facilitate the tracking of our clients or visitors by third-party marketing entities. Disclosure only occurs under strict legal mandate or verified system security emergencies.
