Fixed, phased pricing

Cost depends on scope, which is why the audit comes first. After it you receive a fixed, phased proposal with zero hourly-billing surprises and the flexibility to stop after any phase. Simple websites are the exception: the Starter Website is a fixed price with no audit phase.

Fees are fixed per phase in Kenya shillings, with no hourly billing. Unless your agreement says otherwise, we invoice 50% at the start of each phase and 50% on delivery, payable within 14 days. VAT and other applicable taxes are added unless your agreement says the price includes them.

Yes. Every proposal is phased and you can stop after any phase. You pay for the work done up to that point, and we hand over what has been completed so far.

After you accept a phase, we fix any defects in the deliverables that don’t meet the agreed specification for 30 days at no extra charge. Ongoing support such as monitoring and advice is included when your agreement says so.

A fixed-price site of 1–5 pages, built mobile-first, with secure hosting and SSL, a contact form with analytics, a security baseline, one revision round and a handover. Shops, logins and custom backends are outside it and start at Custom Implementation.

Audits typically kick off within two weeks of the intake call, with build capacity following in fortnightly increments once the design is signed off.
